Ground Score is a free, monthly, environmental and political web magazine. We believe those involved in struggle are often the most ignored by the mainstream media; and to combat that, we encourage submissions from many individuals and organizations. Submit a story, artwork, photo, recipe, press release, etc. editor@groundscore.org. Our deadlines are fluid.
GROUND SCORE ONLINE MAGAZINE
Issues of the Ground Score Magazine begin on the 1st, and content is added throughout the month. The cover (front page) of each issue contains links to every story in that issue. The issue is final on the last day of the month when it retires to a spot in the archives (drop-down menus on the left).
NEWSPAPER
Ground Score publishes a free periodical Newspaper (last issue: 4:20, 2005) and relies on readers for distribution as well as donations to pay for printing and mailing costs.
E-MAIL LIST
The e-mail list is used to announce new stories and other tidbits on GroundScore.org twice a month. Use the "Mailing List" section to the left to subscribe.
WHO WE ARE
GroundScore was started by Eric Bradshaw and Brad Simonds. The backbone of Ground Score is the writers, photographers, artists, cooks... all good people who allow their work to be published here. There are literally too many people to thank for Ground Score's beginnings and continued existence, but references, pictures, stories, etc. can be found throughout this website.
